This is a weekly podcast – Mindful Eating and Coking Magic, where we relax to the process of cooking by eliminating stressors of measuring and reading recipes through audio guided recipes and relaxation techniques during cooking.

In this episode of Mindful Eating and Cooking Magic we will mindfully open our senses to sounds and embrace them in our cooking meditation. Meditation doesn’t require silence, and we will mindfully prepare a beverage – Carrot Lemonade – to get to a state where there is no such thing as an intrusive noise.
