Parmesan Crisps Instead of Bread Sticks

Parmesan crisps are the answer to my prayers when I have the munchies and I’m trying very hard to be good. These are a wonderful substitute for potato chips and to quench your cravings for salty and crispy.

What I like about Parmesan Crisps is that they can fill your bread basket just as well. I like to make them in a bit of an elongated shape and you can have these instead of breadsticks to lay off the carbs. It beautifully compliments the dinner table with soups and salads. Parmesan Crips are so elegant that guest will imagine you spent forever making them, yet they are so simple to make. It’s so easy that you can make it a fun activity with kids by letting them sprinkle the grated cheese onto the baking sheets. They will love this healthy and crispy snack as well.
