To make gold glittered shot glass you will need shot glasses that are either plastic or glass, glue, gold glitter, and a paint brush. Simply paint half the shot glass with glue and sprinkle glitter all around it. Set it down to dry for about an hour and you are ready to go. Here is the recipe to fill your shot glasses with Blackberries and Lemon Crème Friache.

Blackberries with Lemon Crème Friache

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 cup crème fraiche (8 ounces)

3 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoon grated lemon zest

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 cup blackberries

Method

Place crème fraiche in a medium-size non-reactive bowl. Add sugar, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and all of the lemon juice and whisk well to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until very cold, 1 hour or longer. Lemon Crème Fraiche can be prepared 2 days ahead, just keep covered and refrigerated.

Rinse blackberries and gently pat dry.

Scoop Lemon Crème Friache into the shot glasses filling half way. Add blackberries to fill up the glass leaving just enough room for another scoop of Lemmon Crème Friache. Fill the glasses with the rest of the Lemmon Crème Friache and top with the rest of the blackberries, dividing the berries among the four shot glasses. Sprinkle the rest of the lemon zest on top of each shot glass for garnish.
