Food With High Energy Karma – Blackberry Mint Infused Water & Strawberry Spinach Pistachio Salad

Have you been thinking about every action you take and its reaction lately? How does that apply to food? In my theory, if we eat “good”, we feel good, and hence we are good – maybe even look good.

Use Food To Reap Good Karma

People use food in many ways to reap the benefits of good Karma. There is a creative producer of specialty food and craft beverage events in New York City called Food Karma Projects, they create unique events that showcase the finest local food, NYC chefs, craft beer, regional wine, and artisanal spirits while benefiting non-profit community groups. This got me thinking about how to use our talents to benefit others – making them happy and wealthy. I suppose I do so with my writing and cooking skills alongside a bit of psychology and mindfulness to bring to you information that can help you eat well, thus be happy.

The Energy of Food

As I write this post I’m using my talents with food to do good for others. I believe food is energy just like everything else. I don’t just mean the strength we get when we are well nourished, but when we eat food, we take on the Karma of that food. According to theories of Ayurveda nutrition, most healthy food like fruits and vegetables are alive and send a high level of energy or vibration in good Karma. Just as raw live foods provide the most physical energy to people in the form of nutrients, they have the highest vibrations and positive Karma.  Please note that I’m not stating this to disregard meat by any means – after all, I am still a meat lover and several lifetimes away from being anything other than that.  However, just keep in mind that meat is coming from an animal that is no longer alive and therefor you will not receive the highest level of vibrational energy from it.

What I find interesting about food and energy is that there is a significant correlation between what we feel and what we eat in that order. When we are feeling low, we pick foods that have low energy, such as sugary food or fatty food – mainly junk food. When we are feeling our best and life is good, we actually want a nice piece of fruit or a healthy meal. Interestingly, this gives good reason to be in a healthy state of mental health when dieting.

So, use this theory of taking the action to eat food that is alive and fresh which will in return bring a good reaction in the state of positive Karma. Let’s prepare a fresh healthy meal for others to bring them wholesome goodness and in return it will come back to you in some way. I offer you the following two recipes of goodness.
